Update Your Skin Care for the Fall/ Link Up

Ladies, do you update your skincare for fall?

Disclosure: This post contains skincare that was gifted to me from Methode Brigitte Kettner. As always all opinions are purely my own.

When the seasons change we need to change how we take care of our skin. Just like our wardrobe, we need to update our skincare routine. If you were wearing a lighter moisturizer this summer you need to go heavier as the cold weather can really dry our skin out.

Why is it important to change your skin care routine as the season’s change?

The skin is always exposed to the environment, which means it’s much more vulnerable to changes in that environment than other organs in the body.

When the weather gets colder your skin dries out for the cold dry air and from the furnace when it’s warming the temperature in your home.

My skin is already dry from menopause and the sun so I look for products that will hydrate my skin and add a softness to my face.

I have been using MBK Skin Care for the last 4 weeks as I update my skincare for the fall. The product I am using is the Skin Recharge Complex. A very rich face cream that is used along with my daily moisturizer twice a day.

It acts as a genetic stimulator to improve natural moisture factors and combat aging. It strengthens the structural function of the skin while supporting the body’s own collagen production giving the skin a healthy, youthful appearance.

The product was created by a German biologist and skin specialist, Ms. Brigitte Kettner, and are made from naturally derived ingredients (no parabens/no animal testing and no animal by-products).

Methode Brigitte Kettner offers a full line of innovative, naturally derived skincare products and supporting devices—facial cleansing brushes, micro-current eye rejuvenator, and a hand-held microdermabrasion device.

Fantastic product to use when the weather gets colder and my skin gets drier!
