My Favorite Summer Sandal for Women over 50

Comfortable Sandals are a Must After 50

Our feet need more support as we get older and making sure your sandals are comfortable should be a priority. Think of all the miles you have put on your feet throughout the years so now is a good time to pamper your feet with comfortable sandals.

Another thing that occurs as we get older is that our feet flatten and grow longer. What you wore in your 30’s may not fit in your 50’s. Get rid of tight-fitting sandals or sandals that hurt your feet. At our age, we don’t need pain caused by painful sandals!

Invest in quality sandals that won’t cause you to fall in them or twist your ankle like many of the stiletto sandals. As chic as the 2 strap stilettos are they can be very dangerous and extremely uncomfortable to wear.  Many of us get all glammed up for summer weddings and buy the skinny strap sandals only to leave them off at a wedding reception. Our feet can’t take the pain! Skinny strap stilettos are made for sitting down, not standing up!
