My Hair Care Routine for Spring| Hair Biology

This is a sponsored post with Hair Biology. However, all opinions are my own.

Welcome to spring, my friends! The trees and flowers are blooming, and we’re spending more time outside here in Atlanta! Whether it’s golfing or entertaining friends and family on our screened-in dining porch, I am so happy to be outside again! Unfortunately, however, being outside changes how my hair behaves because of the humidity in Atlanta! So I actually change my hair care routine for spring to address the frizz.

My Hair Care Routine for Spring

Have you noticed that my hair is longer? Since I began using Hair Biology products over a year ago, my hair has become healthier. So instead of getting a haircut this spring, I’m thinking of growing it out a little longer. Before using Hair Biology, my hair was dry and frizzy. Now it’s soft and healthy again!

Controlling My Dry and Frizzy Hair

I use Hair Biology’s Argan Oil Taming Serum with Biotin to control my dry and frizzy hair.  I can’t recommend this product enough for those who have dull, frizzy, or dry hair!

The serum is absorbed weightlessly while nourishing to strengthen against damage add shine, smooth ends, and tame those unruly grays. It is even safe for color-treated gray hair like mine! The Taming Serum is free of parabens and infused with biotin, which supports healthy-looking hair.

Before going golfing, I apply a small amount of the Argan Oil Taming Serum to my damp hair from mid-length to the ends. Then I blow-dry it and head to the golf course!

I even have a bottle in my locker! Do you know how many of the women golfers have borrowed my serum? They love it!

My golf game may suffer this spring but not my hair!

Did you know that you can purchase the entire line of Hair Biology products at Target online and in-store? I even have a link for you to shop on!

We can have a great hair day every day if we use the right products to help combat the challenges of aging hair. Hair Biology has a line for every one of us!

Happy Spring, my friends!

  10. You have gorgeous hair and this serum sounds incredible. I am actually running low on the serum I used and I don’t love it so I wasn’t going to replace it with the same kind. I might have to check this our and see if they sell it in Canada.

I know how humidity can cause our hair to get frizzy.
