Fashion over 50: Fall’s Must Have- The Cape
One of the joys of living in Atlanta is that we start off chilly in the morning but by the afternoon the temperatures are in the 70’s.Β
Perfect sweater weather but also perfect for a cape.
I am also a big fan of capes and believe that the cape is the perfect fall “must have” for a woman over 50.
Something about capes makes me feel elegant. Maybe it’s the flowing motion when I’m walkingΒ around and meeting with clients or out and about in the public. It’s a statement piece that says I thought about what I was wearing today.Β
This black cashmere cape always makes me look polished and elegant when I’m meeting with clients. I decided to wear a long tunic paired with a knitted fringed infinity scarf over leggings this morning to my appointments today.
Β I have 5 capes and I probably wear this cashmereΒ one the most. It’s so soft and drapes so nicely.
