Ladies, I am on a mission to help my hair, skin, bones, joints, and nails look healthier as I have gotten older. My hair has thinned and my nails are paper thin. Let’s not even discuss how dry my skin is! Lately, I have been reading about the benefits of taking collagen as a woman over 50.
