Stylish Monday Link Up: Trending now Snakeskin Print
Ladies welcome to our Stylish Monday Link Up party! Today I am sharing with you another trending animal print for 2019, snakeskin.
I am joined by a group of wonderful over 50ish bloggers who will join me on the first Monday of every month styling the same theme which for January is styling snakeskin print.
I have been seeing a lot of snakeskin print fashion in the last few months as well as leopard print so I know animal print will be trending for 2019.
I have included my stylish Monday sisters to this blog post and you can see more of their wonderful snakeskin print fashion by going to their blog posts today. I have included their links and I hope you start following them if you haven’t already!
Snakeskin Shoes
I own these 5″ snakeskin heels (I refer to them as sit down shoes) and realized that as I’ve gotten older, high heels over 3 inches make me tip forward. These heels are worn when I don’t require to do a lot of walking.
Here are a few snakeskin shoes that you may enjoy to wear.

Snakeskin booties are very stylish and Karen looks great in her booties. I love how she styled them with jeans and a dress.
Jess also styled snakeskin booties for today’s group party. Do you see how she styled both leopard print with snakeskin? Same theory as combining different patterns or metals.
Snakeskin Print Fashion
Julie’s post today is loaded with snakeskin print tops. I am picking a few of my favorites to share with you.
My two international sisters Hilda and Nancy are wearing snakeskin print dresses.
I love following Hilda’s blogs because she lives in Ireland, (a place on my bucket list)Â and we connect as women even though we have never met. She travels a lot and I live vicariously through her journeys to places I would love to see one day. I am finding I have made friendships with women who only exist to me on the internet. Do you have friends that you have only met through social media?
Nancy is Dutch and looks smashing styling her snakeskin print dress with a cropped leather jacket and lace-up boots! European women have a wonderful sense of style don’t you think?
Suzanne actually has a snakeskin print trench coatthat looks wonderful!
The Story behind my blog post
I knew this post was scheduled for today but I waited to take photos outside for this post. My house is still in festive Christmas decor but it has been raining for a week until this past weekend.
I spent Sunday taking down decorations and finally went outside on a sunny warm day to take photos.
I procrastinated until 4:00 to start writing today’s post. I shot the photos and started dinner thinking I had saved my work.
Sat back down to the computer at 8:00 to finish it and the saved post was empty!! Nothing was saved and I don’t know how that happened. It’s happened before but not for a deadline like today! I was mad and went to bed knowing I screwed up.
As with everything in life, s@*# happens and there’s always tomorrow to do better.
I’m done and going to hit publish before I finish putting away my decorations away my friends!
Have a wonderful week my friends! Since today’s post is late, I will not be posting tomorrow’s Tuesday Style Link Up. I hope you don’t mind!!

All the snakeskin is a treat! Thank you for featuring all the fun syling ideas. Sometimes technology just makes me want to scream…
Thank you so much for doing this Robin and for including all of us. And imagine having to rewrite it all over again. I know exactly what you mean about high heels…here we call them ‘car to bar’!
Loving all the different takes on snakeskin. I have shoes too, but forgot I had them when doing the post. Much love my friend. XXX
We call those cab to curb shoes, LOL! But boy do those look fab! I have a couple to many of those in my closet. I always carry a pair of foldable flats in my clutch when I decide to take a pair out on the town. SO thrilled to be a part of Stylish Monday, I love seeing each bloggers take on the same trend! And today, well, it’s just one of those days – it helps us appreciate when things go smoothly!

I feel the same way about my heels now. I don’t mind them at all, but I’m way more comfortable in the smaller heels!!
