Blue Light Readers from Amomoma

If you’re like me,  you may spend more time in front of screens than ever. Lately, I’ve been wearing blue light readers to protect my eyes from the effects of blue light.

Amomoma sponsors this post. However, all opinions are my own.

What is Blue Light?

It didn’t take long before concerns over blue light exposure began to set in. Blue light is all around us and is found naturally in sunlight and artificially in fluorescent light, LEDs, computer monitors, smartphones, and tablet screens.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, blue light-blocking eyeglasses have risen in popularity over the past year, so now I am wearing blue light readers to protect my eyes.

Blue Light Readers from Amomoma

Amomoma blue light glasses are designed to relieve the uncomfortable side effects of staring at screens. The glasses have special lenses that block or filter certain light waves from devices, reduce eye strain, and improve sleep!

Amomoma are so stylish and comfortable too! You will get more compliments from the different selections!

I am wearing the Retro Round Clear Reading Glasses.

The glasses come in a twin pack with black frames. I like the clear frames a lot!

The eyeglasses come in different magnifications, but I thought this chart was interesting.

Here are the Oversized Cat Eye Readers in Grey Tortoise. I like the color of this frame with my hair. These readers come in a three-pack, and you can select the best pack you want!

The Oversized Retro Square Readers also come in a three-pack. I am wearing the red tortoise frames in the first two photos and the grey tortoise at the end of this post. A lot of women on Instagram liked these bold black frames. What do you think?

Are you wearing blue light-blocking glasses?

The Square Cat Eye Oversized blue light readers look very similar to my regular glasses. However, I use them on the computer to protect my eyes.
