Good intentions. I had planned on taking this two-piece swimsuit and cover-up with me for my trip to Saint Simons Island but the weather was too cold to sit on the beach or at the pool. My Swimsuit from Bleu Rod Beattie Swimwear 2023
I still wear a two-piece swimsuit even though I am not as firm in the tummy as I want to be. But that’s my fault for not working out as much as I used to. When I ski I don’t go to the gym and it shows in my arms and my stomach. However, I enjoy wearing a two-piece swimsuit whether or not I have a flat stomach. But taking photos like this has me back doing Pilates and lifting weights three times a week! Motivation to exercise comes in the strangest ways as I get older! Golf, skiing, and hiking are just a part of my fitness routine but I need to do more as I have gotten older.
