Exercise, including walking, improves your mental health by releasing endorphins which can bring about feelings of euphoria and wellbeing. Going for a walk just makes you feel happier! One study found that just 12 minutes of walking resulted in an increase in joviality, vigor, attentiveness, and self-confidence versus the same time spent sitting

Psychologists found that a 10-minute walk may be just as good as a 45-minute workout when it comes to relieving the symptoms of anxiety. Now more than ever walking may outdoors may be just what the doctor ordered.

    First, I hope you and your family are doing well. It is a challenge! I too find the blog brings me some peace of mind. Walking outside is a great reprieve from being indoors and does help with my mood. I have a home gym too, so I utilize that. Love the sneakers, and your all white with the colorful tunic looks wonderful .

      Yes we’re doing well and coping with limiting our time beyond our yard.
      I love walking outdoors vs. the treadmill but it’s raining in Atlanta and I’m back on the treadmill for today.

    We have done a lot of walking and lots of biking. Kids are getting a tan early this year! I have found that I have several comfy shoes I can walk in. Need to wear my Jambu shoes again though.
