The Perfect Black Dress for the Holidays
With the holiday parties in full throttle and my birthday on Monday, I found the perfect little black dress to wear for the holidays. I still love wearing a black dress for the holidays and special occasions.
This holiday season is going to be unique because I’m turning 65. A special birthday deserves a fabulous black dress. We will be going out to a beautiful restaurant in Park City for my birthday. Riverhorse on Main is a top-rated restaurant in Park City and hard to get reservations for! You have to book months in advance during the holidays!
I am styling this black midi dress from Saint and Sofia two ways for the holidays. My accessories for the dress are different, but both work well for the holidays. The first accessory will look.
Wearing a Black Dress with Multi-Colored Scarf
I purchased this wool felt scarf over five years ago at an arts festival, and can you believe that I have never worn it! The scarf went so well with my favorite velvet heels, and out it came from my closet! This scarf looks so lovely against my living room tree with all the colors! When I first purchased the scarf, I bought it because it was unique. Now I love it with this black dress. Do you buy unique things but have no idea what to wear with them?
I like the laser-cut velvet details on the hem of this midi dress. Because Saint and Sofia is a British company, I am wearing a size 10 Us or a size 14 UK for sizing purposes.
Little Black Dress with Buffalo Plaid Wrap
Wearing red for Christmas is always popular. But, unfortunately, this red buffalo plaid wrap only gets worn in December. So I wear it a lot. I mean a lot!
Throwing on my red heels and red jewelry finishes this look for the holidays. Wearing red during the holidays is easy, and my accessories have been worn every year.
