How to Style Peach’s Margot Jumpsuit 3 Ways

Ladies, are you a fan of jumpsuits? So many of us avoid wearing jumpsuits because of our body shapes, size, or height. Today I am sharing how to style the Margot Jumpsuit from the spring collection from Peach three ways!

This post is sponsored by Peach, however, all opinions are my own.

In case you have been wondering about my absence from my weekly blog posts, I am been busy taking care of my father’s needs in Florida. He had fallen in his bathroom on Monday the 22nd of April and is currently in rehab on the mend. I have been flying every week down to Florida from Atlanta and have not had time to write. However, I have learned a lot as I was immediately put into action as his Power of Attorney. This will be another blog post I will share later. I have been doing so much research and advocating on his behalf since his accident.  It’s amazing the amount of time that is required from myself and my brothers on attending to dad’s welfare and his future. If you have had to take care of someone you know how much time is dedicated to that person.

How to Style Peach’s Margot Jumpsuit 3 Ways

I selected the black Margot Jumpsuit from Peach’s spring collection over the pretty blue floral jumpsuit because I knew I could style it so many ways. I already had black and white shirts and shirt dresses in my closet. This jumpsuit has endless ways to style it if you have any button-down shirts or shirt dresses to wear as an extra layer. A solid black jumpsuit goes well with so many other colors because it’s a neutral color. I choose to style it with my black and white clothes in my closet.

Margot Jumpsuit Without an Extra Layer

The Margot Jumpsuit comes with a belt which I pulled up. Because I am short-waisted and a bit thick in the waist since menopause I prefer to belt higher. If you have none of my issues then the beltline is just fine. You will see images below of the models wearing the jumpsuit with the belt where it should be.

The wide v-neckline in the front & back is perfect for quick escapes to the bathroom. I’m sorry but at my age, I must share the things that are positive for women over 60 who look at the back zippers as a hindrance to quick bathroom trips!

Because I am wearing the Margot jumpsuit without an extra layer, I went for layers in my jewelry. I actually stacked two different necklaces and bracelets. Layering your accessories is so much fun!

You can wear any type of sandals with a black jumpsuit. From cute sneakers to heels it’s open season! I am wearing toe sandals that are a few years old. I love low heels on my sandals because I’ve outgrown uncomfortable sandals that are higher than 2 inches. Wedges are a great way to wear higher heels on sandals.

I am wearing a size medium in Margot Jumpsuit.

Style The Margot Jumpsuit with a Long Layer

Jumpsuits look great with kimonos, dusters, and in this case, a shirt dress restyled as a duster. Adding a layer also hides my waistline which makes me feel better. You saw this shirt dress when I traveled to Coral Gables in 2019.

Can you believe I have never worn this shirt dress other than as a duster?

Style the Margot Jumpsuit with a Button-Down Shirt Knotted at the Waist

I love to wear button-down shirts knotted at the waist over sleeveless jumpsuits and dresses. You saw me do this to my denim button-down over my Chico’s Floral Jumpsuit recently. Because this is a black jumpsuit, you can practically wear any color of a button-down shirt over it. I just happen to purchase this large print hibiscus button-down recently that looks great with the jumpsuit.

I took off the belt when I knotted the button-down shirt. Tied shirts are great black jumpsuits as they break up the solid look, create that definition, and make them more casual.

Which way did you like the Margot Jumpsuit? Plain, with the shirt dress or the knotted button-down?
