Holiday Fashion- Shop Your Closet First/Link Up
Ladies the holiday season is upon us and do you worry about what to wear to a holiday party? If you’reĀ like me you start by shopping your closet.
The Classic White shirt with Black pants
Nothing beats an easy holiday style than throwing on a classic white shirt with black pants. I purchased this top for my trip to Half Moon Bay in July but I love how it will be worn to my holiday parties this year withĀ my velvetĀ pants and red and gold jewelry.
Grab a wonderful white dress shirt and pair it with your black pants. I am wearing velvet black pants but you can wear faux leather leggings or regular black pants to your holiday party.

Leopard and Faux Fur
I love incorporating leopard print fashion with my holiday fashion. Leopard print is a new neutral and works really well for a holiday outfit. Faux furĀ is a great winter look so it’s a match made in heaven! (Closet!)
I am wearing myĀ leopard print jewelry and pants that I wore this fall with the fauxĀ fur trimmed top from 2 years ago as a new holiday fashionĀ from my closet.

Think Outside the Box
Go with a different color scheme for your holiday fashion. I love Navy and chartreuse green for a wonderful holiday color style.
I love these palazzo pants and the navy cold shoulder top I purchased 2 years ago. I have always worn the chartreuse jacket with my palazzo pants but this year I am wearing the navy cold shoulder top.
I still love wearing my chartreuse jacket but I need to mix up my holiday fashion.

Thank you for including me in your wonderful post. I love all your outfits, but that cold shoulder top and palazzo trousers is my favourite. So lovely to see the others outfits too; I have a few more to follow now and get to know. Hugs x
So many gorgeous outfits featuring here! I absolutely love your white shirt xx
Happy day, Robin! Love the bow detail on the white blouse, and LOVE the leopard! It amazes me that people will head to the mall before heading into their closet… And I see the results of that behaviour every time I do a Wardrobe Audit. Oh, my! Take the holidays in stride, and enjoy.
Hi Robin!
Thanks for the feature! I love dressing up for the Holidays. I adore your chartreuse silk jacket and your palazzo pants on you, great colors! Beautiful other looks as well, classic and lovely! I love everyones style ! You’ve given me some ideas for my mantel as well. š

I completely agree on shopping one’s closet! You’ve put some gorgeous looks together, Robin. I’d like to have a go at styling that chartreuse jacket myself!
These are all such great options. That white shirt has the fun detail that I always look for in pieces.

Merry Christmas to you, my dear Robin! Your shirt is simply gorgeous and that surprise bow at the back makes you the most beautifully wrapped Christmas present anyone could wish to see! I love the idea of shopping the wardrobe for Christmas outfits, and that’s exactly what I did for last night’s Christmas do, when everything I wore was bought 15 years ago! Instagram link provided, I’m so pleased to bring this one to your Christmas wardrobe shop party!
Thanks for hosting. Hugs, x.
Robin, thanks for sharing so many fabulous holiday inspired looks! That white blouse really is magnificent and it is perfectly paired with classic black pants. I love the sophisticated feel of the black and white outfit, but for some reason whenever I try that pairing I look like a waitress! I am loving all of your leopard as well! I am going to link up holiday wedding look and some leopard as well!

Robin, I LOVE that white blouse! The bow on the back is so festive but it’s also such a classic you could wear it all year. Nothing beats a GREAT white blouse. You wear chartreuse so well too – it really suits you. Thanks for showcasing some new to me bloggers, I must check them out!
Be blessed!
