April Showers Bring Out My Floral Raincoat
When it rains, it pours—at least when it comes to fabulous style. Today our ageless style ladies wanted to share their favorite rainy day look for our group collaboration. Of course, I pulled out my favorite floral raincoat and thought about how cheery it looks on dreary rainy April days.
There is nothing more cheerful on a rainy day than a floral raincoat. My azaleas in my gardens are in full bloom and every time I look out the windows I just smile. Flowers whether they are living or you’re wearing them have a profound way of making you happy. This is why I love wearing floral raincoats. Floral raincoats cheer you up in dreary weather!

I can’t believe that it’s four years old and still very stylish. Can you believe I found this raincoat again on eBay? I can’t believe anyone would want to sell it!

I am wearing an outfit from Blair’s that you have already seen in a different post. Stripes look wonderful with a large floral print. Pattern play is a wonderful way to spice up your look. Just remember to balance the scale against each other. My small nautical stripes look great with a large floral print.

Your rain jacket is beautiful: I will need to remember to look for a similar one if I decide to get a raincoat one of these days. I used to have a fun thrifted one, white and camel plaid but I donated it eventually.
