Oversized Shirt Worn Two Ways

While shopping in Park City, I purchased this oversized button-down shirt at a local female-owned boutique. I knew immediately that I could style this oversized shirt two different ways.

Do you know when you see something you like, you immediately buy it? Because I saw how versatile this beautiful swing-style oversized shirt would be, I bought it. It’s colorful and has a big billowy bodice. I wish I knew the exact name of this shirt style. Perhaps one of you may know what this shirt style is.

Oversized Shirt for Daytime and Nighttime

Nightime Style

Create a casual nighttime look by styling an oversized button-down shirt as a jacket. I am wearing a column of black underneath this shirt, but I have also worn an all-white underneath. A simple black tank and black capris are perfect for this shirt. If you have a black jumpsuit, it will look fabulous with an oversized shirt as a jacket. Effortless style for a date night. Or an evening with friends.

Daytime Style

You can wear an oversized shirt with skinny jeans, pants, or leggings for a daytime look. Even as a swimsuit coverup. If your shirt isn’t billowy, you can wear it belted. This top didn’t look good belted, but it’s another option.
