Happy Friday! Ladies, are you getting tired of COVID cooking? After a long week of gardening, I am looking forward to heading over to our club for a quick bite tonight. My husband knows that when I’m digging in the dirt I’m not interested in cooking. I always garden before it rains. Rain is coming and I am adding new plants to my gardens. So for my Friday date night style, I am keeping it simple with a black and white outfit. It’s the timeless classic color combination, perfect to wear all year long. This chic and classy color combination is going to be one of the biggest fashion trends this year.
I have so many white shirts and black pants in my closet. What I didn’t have was a long tunic style to wear with my collection of black pants. I love wearing black and white for date nights on Friday!

How fun is this No-Iron Oxford Button-Detail Tunic! I love the large buttons on the side and that it’s also no-iron! Chico’s has a wonderful selection of no-iron tunic tops You recently saw the no-iron floral top I purchased for another blog post.
I pulled out my Brigitte Cropped Pants to go with the tunic. Chico’s has such a huge selection of pants, mostly pull-on but I wear them with longer shirts or add a wide belt to hide the fact that they are pull-on. My waistline is definitely needing to be hidden with my lack of exercise! I am looking forward to hitting the gym soon. I am not as motivated when I work out alone.
My Kate Spade Bow Tie Mules are on repeat when I wear my black and white style. But you could even add a pop of color to your shoes. These mules no longer exist but they sure are fun! I have linked some adorable bow tie mules for you.
