Fashion Over 50: Asian Influenced Boho Chic
I love to shop for unique clothing when I travel and I love this Asian-influenced boho-chic tunic I purchased at West of the Moon in Sunriver, Oregon during my family reunion. I love organic natural fiber materials, especially in the summer when staying cool and chic are important to me.
This store had so many wonderful outfits that I purchased four to bring back with me to Atlanta.
I love seeing over 50ish women dress boho chic with lots of layers of organic material, colors, tie-dyed, floral, or paisley prints, and a boho-chic headwrap or large floppy hat.
My oldest daughter calls this look “West Coast Hippie Chic”. (I don’t see a lot of 50ish southern women dressed like this in Atlanta)
The long gauzy tunic is great for traveling because it is already wrinkled.
Below I threw on a pair of cropped cotton Capri leggings and a cotton shrug for my flight back to Atlanta. I am sure it was meant to be a dress but I prefer cropped leggings underneath.
For my photoshoot, I selected a silk tie-dyed scarf but draped it backward for another unique look.
