Always wear what you want to wear. There is freed Always wear what you want to wear. There is freedom in knowing you are being authentic to who you are. As an interior designer, I create bespoke interiors for my clients. Take for example this room. It was the wallpapered room where I shot my @lovechicos sleeveless beaded linen dress. That wallpaper was fine for the previous owners but it didn’t fit in my design of the room. So I removed it and made the room calming for my intentions. I could have kept it up and designed the room around the wallpaper but then I wouldn’t be authentic to my own design style. When you wear what you love your confidence will skyrocket the minute you begin owning your personal style. Happy Cinco de Mayo! Today for #seeourstyles we’re supposed to wear bright and colorful clothes! How perfect is this linen dress from @printfresh! @printfresh and @pencilandpaperco have collaborated on this LILIAN DRESS which is perfect for any occasion! This linen dress has intricate embroidered details, pockets and elasticized collar and cuffs. In celebration of Cinco de Mayo I decided to make a simple Lemon Margarita! LEMON MARGARITA INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons (1 ½ ounces) tequila 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) Cointreau 1 ½ tablespoons (¾ ounce) fresh lemon juice Kosher salt or flaky sea salt, for the rim For the garnish: lemon wedge INSTRUCTIONS: Cut a notch in a lemon wedge, then run the lemon around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 4 ice cubes and shake until cold. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice and serve.
