A Spooktacular Halloween Party
Ladies, have you ever decorated a Christmas tree for Halloween? It’s a great way to put up your tree before you start decorating it for Christmas. This King of Christmas tree is a perfect Halloween decoration for my Halloween party.
I am doing a Christmas collaboration with the King of Christmas that I will share later but how fun is this Halloween tree! So I immediately went to Michael’s for the ribbon, the picks in the tree, the decor that you see behind the tree on the shelves, and Amazon for the ornaments. I have to say that I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t find larger ornaments for the tree.
My Halloween Tree
Wearing a Chico’s top that I got on sale with my wide-legged pants also from Chico’s. Unfortunately, the top is sold out but it is perfect for Halloween!
Tree Tip: If your tree isn’t as full as you would like it to be, add lots of picks to fill in the holes in the tree. (I even put little pumpkins inside the big gaps!)
My Halloween Party Ideas
I ordered 2 lifesize skeletons and the orange and black buffalo checked tablecloth and napkins from Amazon.

Witches Blood Cocktail For Your Ghoul Friends
This Halloween cocktail is perfect for whipping up in a big batch for a crowd. An easy cocktail that mixes vodka, whiskey, and lemon together to create a twist on a whisky sour recipe, but with the added sweetness of cherry. Serve a pitcher of this at your Halloween party, or add it to a punch bowl with some plastic spiders floating in it for a simple creepy effect. Or serve in a sugar-rimmed martini glass for a dramatically spooky sip. The possibilities are frightening!
- ½ cup cherry schnapps
- ½ cup vodka
- 1 cup whiskey
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cherry soda
Instructions:
- Pour the cherry schnapps, vodka, whisky, and lemon juice into a pitcher.
- Stir well with a cup of ice.
- Gently pour in the cherry soda and stir carefully to combine.
To serve:
-
Either pour into a punch bowl for guests to help themselves or serve in sugar-rimmed glasses with a spooky spider garnish
