I had the BEST experience at @skinsocialspa with Natalie Fenner, the skilled Nurse Practitioner who brings expert knowledge and compassionate care to every client. We discussed what my experiences were with past treatments and what treatments I thought didn’t do anything for me. I told her the reason I avoid injections is because I bruise so easily, and the bruising was way too much downtime for me. Natalie said that injecting lidocaine without epinephrine can increase the chance of bruising in people like me so we decided not to inject the lidocaine. It was a game changer for me because I didn’t bruise and didn’t have to hide bruises with heavy makeup. I received Dermal fillers to enhance my facial volume and smooth out wrinkles in my cheeks and chin. Pasta La Vista, baby! I’m so happy to introduce Pasta La Vista, baby! I’m so happy to introduce you to a new table wine from @gratsiwine that is perfect for your family pasta night! @gratsiwine has zero sugar, stays fresh for 30 days and each box = 4 bottles! Creamy Sausage Pasta Ingredients 1 Pound Ground Italian Sausage 1 Pound Pasta ( I used orecchiette but penne and rigatoni are my other favorites) 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 Yellow Onion Minced 1 red pepper, chopped 2 Cloves Garlic Minced 1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Cups Heavy Cream 1-28 oz. Can San Marzano tomatoes, crushed 8 Ounces of chopped mushrooms 1 bag of frozen peas 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Instructions Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Italian sausage along with the onion, peppers, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt until the sausage is no longer pink. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes. Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary and return the meat mixture to the pan. Turn the heat to low and add the crushed tomatoes and cream to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and add in the peas. Cook, stirring for about 3 minutes. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted. Stir the pasta into the sauce. GREAT GATSBY! Have you ever stayed at the @readho GREAT GATSBY! Have you ever stayed at the @readhousehotel in downtown Chattanooga Tennessee? #ad The Read House is the longest continuously operating hotel in the southeast, and holds a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel has endured floods, The Civil War, epidemics, the Great Depression and an ever-changing Chattanooga. Now, the fully renovated 241-room hotel’s design harkens to the 1920s with soaring lobby ceilings, dramatic chandeliers, black and white checkered floors, and wood-clad walls polished to a high shine. Noteworthy past guests have included Bing Crosby, Ronald Reagan, Oprah Winfrey and Winston Churchill. Al Capone’s stay in room 311 is legendary—he was at the hotel during his federal trial in the 1930s (custom bars were fitted to the window). There are many who believe Room 311 is haunted by the ghost of Annalisa Netherly – a guest who was allegedly beheaded in the bathtub by a jealous lover in 1927. Sammy and I stayed in the Premier Double Queen room. The Premier Rooms are fit for F. Scott Fitzgerald himself. Each dwelling is elegantly decorated and boasts lavish custom bathrooms and soaring ceilings. There is a fitness center and indoor pool at the hotel. The primary place to dine on-property is @bridgemanschopch, named after server Peter Bridgeman, who worked at the hotel for 47 years, beginning in the 1930s.
