I am going to correct the instructions after I comment!
Yes, I use 2 Tb. of butter to sear the chicken then use the rest for the onion and garlic!]]></description>

You didn&#039;t mention that in the directions, but I assume that is so. How much butter should be left for cooking the onion and garlic? I look forward to making this dish once some cooler weather gets here. Expecting 90 degrees here in Missouri tomorrow!]]></description>
