Robin, what a gift to have your mom at 91 still living life on her own terms. The part about her not following the longevity playbook but thriving on family, friends, and community really rings true.

I build sensing technology for people who live on their own, and I see this pattern often. The seniors doing best are not the ones with the most gadgets, they are the ones whose routines and relationships stay intact. Independence itself seems to be part of the health equation.

One lesson I keep learning is that support works best when it fits quietly into an existing routine instead of asking the person to change how they live. When the technology disappears into the background, people keep their independence and their dignity.

Thank you for sharing your mom’s story. She sounds like a wonderful woman.

Here’s what I found.
On Tauck’s America’s Canyonlands Tour, most daily motorcoach transfers between destinations last between 1.5 to 3 hours, with comfort and stretch stops scheduled roughly every 90 minutes to two hours.

I will definitely tell Mom that you are sending her your love! She’s living her best life, and it’s not because she is eating healthy or exercising. I truly believe it’s because of her happiness and her being extremely social.
As we get older, happiness and being social are huge!
