I love pasta and serve it every week but I know it’s carbs (good carbs followed by heart healthy red wine!!)
My fresh pasta is not as good as the imported Italian pasta but it’s made from the heart.
I hardly think you need to lose any weight after the lovely Audrey Hepburn pose you shared on Instagram my friend!
