It&#039;s so funny but my mother loves oatmeal too!
Outmeal is so good for us but we tend to associate it with colder temperatures.
Coffee always keeps me in a positive mood!

Yes breakfast is so important for us. I love eggs and a bowl of berries for breakfast.
Red wine has it&#039;s benefits in moderation for our heart but we definitely don&#039;t need the calories!

Hi Robin,
I drink mainly 2 cups of coffee in the morning, the rest of the day it&#039;s water or tea. I could eat more eggs. i do really like eggs, often I am eating a good cereal in the morning, yogurt and fruit. My mom is a big oatmeal person. 
A positive attitude  makes a big difference in life!
