This topic is so uncomfortable for women to talk about but why are all the shelves filled with panty liners and bladder control aids?
Even my daughter in law used Always Discreet when she was pregnant.

While my friends and I laugh about this it’s actually pretty serious and something we need to address. I guess we giggle because it’s embarrassing and we’re all in it together! I don’t know a single friend who hasn’t dealt with bladder issues. My doctor asked me about it at my last appointment and I was shocked he brought it up!
